Cashew Butter chicken

Wash & Cube 1kg chicken fillets Make A paste & Marinade the Chicken in: • 3 & 1/2 TBLsp Tumeric Powder • 1tsp Salt (or to taste) • 1/4 tsp dhana jeeru powder • 1/4 tsp green fish spice • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder • 1/4 tsp ginger powder • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic • 1/2 tsp Aminas Chicken Tikka Marinade • 1 Tblsp Lemon juice • 2-3 Tblsp Water
*in A heavy based pot Heat together 3-4Tblsp Ghee & 3-4 Tblsp Rama Margarine then Add Marinated Chicken to This *Lower heat & Leave to cook for 10 minutes
Meanwhile Mix together 1/3 cup Tomato sauce with 1Tblsp Worcester Sauce & 2Tblsp Water *After 10 minutes Add the sauce to chicken & After about 3 minutes Add 1/4 Cup Cream Or milk *Lastly Add about 1 Tblsp grinded plain Cashews & Garnish with dhania
