PERI-PERI CHICKEN LIVERS

Ingredients
125 ml Woolworths cream cheese, for serving
2 Tbsp Peri-peri spice
2 Tbsp Freshly chopped mixed herbs (Mixed organic baby leaves)
sourdough bread, sliced, to serve
salt
375 g Free-range chicken livers, cut into about 1.5 cm pieces
2 Tbsp olive oil, enough to cover fish
Cooking Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large pan and saute the onion until soft.
Add the chicken livers and fry for 5 minutes. Add the mixed herbs, salt and peri-peri spice and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring.
Serve with toasted sourdough bread and a dollop of cream cheese.
