PORK SCHNITZEL AND PINEAPPLE SLAW BURGER

Ingredients

  • mayonnaise

  • green chillies, chopped

  • 70 g pineapple, chopped

  • 500 g Woolworths pork schnitzel

  • Crunchy Asian Slaw Salad

  • Hamburger buns, toasted

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bake 500 g Woolworths pork schnitzels at 180°C for 15–20 minutes.

  2. Serve hot between toasted burger buns with 160 g Woolworths crunchy Asian slaw salad, 70 g chopped pineapple, chopped green chillies and mayonnaise.
