Tips for making pastry horns

Step 1: To prevent the pastry from sticking, spray metal cream horn moulds with olive oil spray.

Step 2: If you don't have horn moulds, use mini ice-cream cones instead. Wrap them in a layer of foil.

Step 3: Starting from the base, wrap the pastry strips, overlapping slightly, around the moulds or cones.
