BUTTERFLIED GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST WITH ASIAN BBQ GLAZE

Ingredients
Tonton Kobe BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup Woolworths salsa verde
Woolworths Our Butcher Butterfly Chicken Breast Grill
mint leaves, to serve
edible flowers, to serve
fresh raspberries
1/2 cup duck fat
baby potatoes
squeeze fresh lemon leaves
4 Woolworths asparagus spears
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Marinade the butterfly grill with Ton Ton Kobe BBQ marinade.
Place the chicken on a rack over a roasting pan and position 10cm below grill element.
Grill for approximately 15 min on each side until cooked.
Toss asparagus in olive and season.
Grill on a hot grill pan until al dented and slightly charred.
Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon juice and a dollop of salsa verde.
Place baby potatoes into a roasting dish and dollop a few tablespoons over the potatoes. Place into the oven and roast until crispy and golden and potatoes are cooked through.
