INGELEGDE SOET - SUUR AGURKIES

Spoel 4,5 kg vars geplukte agurkies af met skoon water en droog af met skoon doek. Week agurkies in sout water- bv, 4 k water en 1 k sout, vir 24 uur. Kook saam 2,5 L asyn, 4 k water, 4 k suiker en halwe boksie piekel speserye. Spoel intussen agurkies af in skoon water en pak styf in skoon, gesteriliseerde flesse. Gooi kookwater in elke bottel tot vol en laat 5 minute staan. Gooi water af en vul met kokende asyn mengsel tot bo, skep van piekel speserye by elke botteltjie. Verseel bottels en laat staan vir 1 maand voor gebruik.
