Potato chips with paprika Chips di patate alla paprika

INGREDIENTS: potatoes 4 extra virgin olive oil 1 Tbs salt 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp
METHOD: Peel the potatoes and rinse them under cold water. Slice the potatoes into very thin rounds using a mandoline. Preheat the frill to maximum temperature Add some oil and simply grate the potatoes until they are crispy. Season with salt and paprika.
