Wat hierdie aartappelslaai besonders maak is dat jy avokadopeer en fetakaas ook bymeng.

Genoeg vir 6 mense Bereiding: 15 min. Gaarmaaktyd: 30 min.

Slaai 1 kg babaaartappels 1 ui, in ringe gesny 2 hardgekookte eiers, in skyfies gesny 4 stingeluie, gekap 1 wiel fetakaas, gekrummel (opsioneel) ½avokado, in stukkies gesny en met suurlemoen bedruip sout en gemaalde swartpeper

Slaaisous 250 ml (1 k) mayonnaise 45 ml (3 e) soet brandrissiesous 15 ml (1 e) sojasous

Slaai Kook die aartappels tot net gaar. Dreineer, laat afkoel en halveer elke aartappel. Meng die res van die bestanddele vir die slaai liggies in ’n slaaibak. Slaaisous Meng al die bestanddele goed en giet oor die slaai. Meng liggies en geur met die sout en peper.
