MENG SAAM:

1 koppie meel,

1 koppie gerasperde kaas & 'n halwe koppie gesmelte botter.

Druk vas op bodem van glasbak.

Gooi dan 1 lagie gekerfde biltong,

1 lagie feta kaas & 1 lagie biltong poeier.

Meng die volgende saam & gooi dit bo-oor :

3 eiers,

250ml room &

250g plain maaskaas.

Bak in oond op 160 grade celcius ongeveer 45 - 50 minute.

Haal uit & eet lekker!!
