Hawaiian French loaf

Serves 6
Using a sharp bread knife, make diagonal slices 2 cm apart in a large French loaf, but be careful not to cut all the way through.
Spread inside each slice with 5 ml (1t) Melrose cheese spread and stuff with
5 ml (1t) diced fried mushrooms and
5 ml (1t) finely chopped tinned pineapple.
Sprinkle a little chopped fresh oregano over and wrap in foil.
Cook over medium coals for about 10-15 minutes, until the bread is crispy and warmed through.
