Bereiding: 15 minute Gaarmaaktyd: Geen Rustyd: 1 uur Genoeg vir 4-6 mense

SLAAI 1 spanspek, in blokkies gesny 200 g baba-tamaties, gehalveer 1 groot komkommer, met ’n skiller in linte gesny 15 ml (1 e) vars pietersielie, gekap 15 ml (1 e) vars grasuie, gekap 15 ml (1 e) vars kruisement, gekap

SOUS 60 ml (¼ k) witwyn-asyn 60 ml (¼ k) olyfolie 15 ml (1 e) strooisuiker sout en vars gemaalde swartpeper

Slaai Meng die spanspek, tamaties en komkommer in ’n groot slaaibak. Strooi die vars kruie oor en meng die slaai goed.

Sous Klits die sousbestanddele en giet dit oor die slaai.

Verkoel die slaai vir ’n uur of langer voor jy dit opdien. Sit dit voor saam met hoender, vleis of vis.
