Week 500 gr Heerbone of Lappiesbone oornag in water. Kook vlg oggend vir 5 minute en water af. Bedek met skoon water en kook stadig tot sag. Dreineer en voeg 1 t sout, 1 E botter, 1 t fyn kaneel, 1 k suiker en halwe k asyn by. Kook deur. Meng 2 t vla poeier of maizena met bietjie water en roer by. Kook weer deur tot dik en koel bietjie af. Druk van bone fyn en roer halwe blikkie kondensmelk by. Plaas in yskas tot jy dit wil bedien. [Voeg meer asyn by indien jy van suurder bone hou].
