Ingredients
50 g Truffle cream
25 ml butter
400 g penne pasta
Cooking Instructions
Cook pasta as per instructions.
Melt butter in a large saucepan, add the Truffle Cream and approximately 125ml of the water that the pasta was cooked in. Stir through.
Pour in the drained pasta and stir through to allow the sauce to coat the pasta.
Serve immediately with grated parmesan.
