2 skorsies

1 groot eier

125g ricotta kaas

50g gerookte salm

120g Kaas Sous

5ml droë origanum

1 knoffelhuisie

80g cheddar

Sny die skorsies en stoom tot gaar.

Maak die vulsel: Meng die eier, ricotta, salm, kaas sous, origanum en knoffel saam. Mikrogolf op hoog vir 30 sekondes. Verwyder skorsies en skep pitte uit. Verdeel vulsel tussen skorsies en sprinkel die kaas bo-oor. Bak in die oond teen 180°C vir ongeveer 10 minute tot die kaas gesmelt is. Bedien warm.
