125 ml (½ k) wynasyn 125 ml (½ k) olie 60 ml (4 e) suiker knypie sout 2,5 ml (½ t) knoffelhuisie, gekap knypie swartpeper knypie droë basiliekruidblare knypie droë gemengde kruie 500 g (2 pakkies x 250 g) knopiesampioene, skoon gevee 5 ml (1 t) suurlemoensap

AFRONDING 4 grasuie, fyn gekap swartpeper, pas gemaal

Slaai: Sit alle bestanddele in kastrol behalwe sampioene en suurlemoensap. Laat vloeistof tot kookpunt verhit. Skakel stoofplaat af. Voeg sampioene en suurlemoensap by. Laat 5 min. op warm stoofplaat staan. Verwyder kastrol van stoofplaat. Dreineer sampioene. Behou bietjie van sous wat in kastrol gebruik is. Skep sampioene in slaaibak en giet bietjie van sous bo-oor. Afronding: Sit slaai saam met grasuie en swartpeper voor.
