6 aartappels - sag gekook, nog lou warm, afgeskil en klein blokkies gesny halwe pakkie spek lekker bros gebraai en in stukke gesnipper halwe koppie cheddar kaas - in klein blokkies gesny 3 knoffeltoontjies - gekneus en fyn gemaak sout en gemaalde swartpeper na smaak koppie slaaisous van jou keuse gesnipperde spring onion - vir garneer

Gooi aartappelblokkies in mengbak, meng knoffel en kaas blokkies saggies deur, sout en peper na smaak. In 'n kastrol, maak jou slaaisous warm tot net voor kookpunt. Giet sous oor jou aartappels, vou liggies in. Gooi gesnipperde spekkies by, roer saggies deur. Sprinkel met fyn grasuie, bedien terwyl nog warm.
