Winter-style caesar salad

Ingredients: • 1/3 cup cold milk • 3 anchovy fillets • 1 garlic clove, crushed • 1 tsp lemon juice • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce • 1/2 cup olive oil • 4 large Red Delight potatoes, peeled or scrubbed • 2 tbs oil, extra • 2 chicken breast fillets • 2 rashers streaky bacon • 4 bread slices, crusts removed, cut into small squares • 1 baby cos, leaves separated • 2 medium boiled eggs, shelled, halved • 1/2 cup shaved parmesan
Method: • Combine milk, anchovies, garlic, lemon juice and sauce in a small food processor. Process for 30 seconds until frothy and thoroughly blended. With motor running, slowly add oil, starting with a few drops at a time and gradually increasing to a thin stream, until thick. Season with pepper and chill. Tip: Make this dish quicker by pre-boiling the eggs the night before. Boiled eggs will keep in the fridge for up tothree days
