Buttermilk Fried chicken

Ingredients 1 lbs chicken 2 cups buttermilk 1 cup maida flour 1 tsp poultry seasoning 2 tsp salt 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp -chilli powder 1/2 tsp black ground pepper oil for deep fry
Instructions 1.Place the chicken in a big bowl, and fill with the buttermilk then cover. 2.Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 3.Drain the buttermilk from the chicken and add seasoning, salt,ginger garlic paste,black pepper,chilli pwd.keep aside. 4.In a large bowl add the flour and remaining seasonings. Mix well. 5.Coat the chicken with the seasoned flour 2 times. 6.Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken for about 10-15 minutes
