Chilli chicken

Step 1: Deep-fry chicken
oil- deep fry 2 cup chicken breast chunks 1 egg 2/3 cup all-purpose flour salt- pinch chilli pwd- optional pepper pwd-optional ginger garlic paste
Pour oil into a pan and turn your stove onto high heat. Then beat the egg and coat all the chicken pieces with the beaten egg. When you see little bubbles forming in the oil, dredge the chicken in the flour mixed with salt, chilli pwd,pepper pwd,ginger garlic paste and place them in the oil, carefully. Deep fry the chicken for about 4-5 minute or until golden brown on the outside and fully cooked on the inside. Finally drain the cooked chicken on some paper towels and set them aside.
Step 2 Heat the pan with oil.Add garlic ,green chilli and 1 chopped onion .Stir for 2 min. Now add chopped capsicum. Cook for 2 min. Now add tomato sauce and soya sauce (optional) and stir fry with pinch of salt. Sprinkle chopped spring onions
