SPROUTS WITH SCAMORZA CHEESE AND BREADCRUMBS CAVOLINI CON SCAMORZA E PANGRATTATO

Ingredients: - 30 sprouts - 5 slices of scamorza cheese - 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs - salt to taste - oil to taste
Method: - Take your sprouts and pass them quickly under running water, cut the stem and the first leaves. - Cook for about 15 minutes with steam and, after that, put them in a pan with a little oil. - Cut the scamorza cheese in slices and cover the sprouts; finally add the breadcrumbs. - Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 200° and serve hot with melted scamorza cheese.
