Baked bell peppers, scamorza and anchovies Peperoni al forno, scamorza e acciughe

INGREDIENTS: - bell peppers (1 red & 1 yellow), 14oz - scamorza, 5.3 oz - anchovies in EVO (drained), 1 oz - extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbs - chives - pepper
METHOD: Preheat the oven to 392°F, turned on the conventional (static) mode. Wash bell peppers, remove the seeds and white inner filaments and slice them lengthwise. Cut scamorza into strips and put it on each bell peppers slice. Carefully dry anchovies from oil and put 1 or 2 fillets on each slice. Use some baking paper for your pan and then lay the slices, grease them with a little oil, add chives and pepper. Put the pan in hot oven for 20. Enjoy your meal.
