CONFIT TOMATOES POMODORINI CONFIT

Ingredients: 500 g cherry tomatoes 2 teaspoons of sugar Oil e.v.o. q.b. salt q.b. dill mint pepper
Method: Preheat oven to 180 °. Take all the tomatoes in half and arrange on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper with the cut end facing up. Then add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with dill, mint and sugar and finally with a little oil. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees in oven.
