Grilled potatoes and soy yogurt sauce Patate grigliate con salsa di yogurt di soia

INGREDIENTS: potatoes, 4 soy yogurt (sugar free), 5 oz mustard, 1 teaspoon sage, 4 leaves chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons salt, to taste pepper, to taste

METHOD: Scrub the potatoes and wash them. Now cut into slices the same thickness, about 0,5 inch. Pour into a bowl the extra virgin olive oil, add the chopped sage, sweet paprika, salt, pepper and mix well. Blanch the potato slices in boiling water for 4 minutes and then drain them. Heat the contact grill - De’Longhi to 180°F, brush potatoes with oil and cook them on the grill, 10 minutes on each side. In a bowl mix well yogurt with mustard and chopped parsley. Serve the potatoes very hot with the yogurt sauce.
