Grilled red peppers with basil Peperoni rossi grigliati al basilico

INGREDIENTS: red peppers, 2 fresh basil, 1 /2 cup olive oil, to taste salt, to taste

METHOD: Rinse the peppers and cut them into large slices. Preheat the grill at the highest temperature. Cook them into the grill until tender. It will take 6-7 minutes. Once cool, peel the slices. Marinate them with oil, basil and salt. Preserve them into the fridge, into a jar, covered with oil.
