GRILLED SCALLOP SALAD WITH YUZU SAUCE

Ingredients
1 cup fresh corn kernels
1 cup tomato, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
Tonton Yuzu Sauce
salt and pepper
8 frozen Ready to Cook scallops
3 Tbsp olive oil, to drizzle
Cooking Instructions
Heat a grill pan over high heat. Lightly brush scallop with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill scallops until just opaque. Set a side of cooked scallops.
In a bowl, combine together fresh corn, tomato, red onion with Tonton Yuzu Sauce.
Place a salad on a plate and add cooked scallop on top.
Drizzle the Tonton Yuzu Sauce.
