Ingredients (4 people) 300 g datterino giallo "lemon plum tomato" 200 g melon 200 g misticanza "small fresh wild-lettuce leaves" 2 tablespoons extra virgin olives oil Modena's aromatic vinegar

Method: Wash, peel and cut the melon Wash and slice the yellow little tomatoes Wash and cut the salad mix Mix all together and dress with extra virgin olives oil and Modena's aromatic vinegar Eating 25 to 30 g of fiber daily is easy if you serve at lunch and dinner a vegetable recipe in addition to main course - according to Mediterranean diet model.
