MIXED MUSHROOMS WITH CALABRESE PEPERONCINO SAUCE

Ingredients
Calabrese Peperoncino Hot Pepper Sauce
1 garlic cloves, crushed
pink salt, to taste
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
300 g mixed mushrooms (including shiitake mushrooms, portabellini mushrooms, and button mushrooms)
extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
Cooking Instructions
Clean mushrooms with a clean kitchen towel. Cut into slices.
Cut garlic in half.
Heat olive oil to medium heat in pan. Add garlic fry for 30 seconds. Add the Pepper sauce.
Let it cook for 1 minute, add the mushrooms. Let it cook for a few minutes, stirring often and gently.
Then add freshly ground salt, combine the parsley, stir and continue cooking for 10 minutes in a covered pan and heat, stirring occasionally.
Finally, turn off the heat and serve with crusty bread.
