TRUFFLE OMELETTE

Ingredients
4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
50 g Truffle cream
6 free range egg, yolks
Cooking Instructions
While the omelette is cooking, spread the truffle cream evenly over the omelette.
Just before the end of the cooking, add the extra virgin olive oil and serve with a fresh green salad.
