ZUCCHINI SCAPECE ZUCCHINE ALLA SCAPECE

Ingredients (for two people): 2 zucchini 10 mL of white vinegar garlic mint salt to taste extra virgin olive oil
Method: Wash the zucchini, cut into slices and fry in hot oil until they are golden brown. Let them dry by placing them on a plate with a paper towel, so as to remove the excess oil. Season with garlic, mint and vinegar. Bon appétit!.
