Bacon and egg breakfast sarmie

Ingredients:
6 eggs
100ml cream
1/4 cup white cheddar
scallions chopped up
seasoning to taste
Thick rashers of Canadian bacon
Bread / roll of your choice
Method:
Whisk the eggs and cream together.
Add the seasoning and scallions.
Cook in a medium pan, stirring lightly.
When cooked top with the grated cheese.
To assemble:
Spread both sides of the bun / bread with butter.
On the bottom, start with a layer of bacon.
Top with cheese, repeat untill you are satsfied.
Top with the bottom bun / bread
