ASIAN-STYLE SMOKED TROUT SALAD

Ingredients
ponzu sauce mixed salad leaves 1 avocado, halved, pitted and sliced 300 g oak smoked trout pink pickled ginger sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste sushi rice, cooked
Cooking Instructions
Toss the salad leaves with 3 T ponzu sauce. Turn onto a platter and add the avocado. Moisten with the remaining ponzu sauce. Add the smoked trout, tuck in the pickled ginger and season lightly with black pepper. Serve with the sushi rice, if using.
