HERB CRACKERS 1/2 c. rye flour 1/2 c. corn flour 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tbsp. nutritional yeast 1/4 tsp. dill weed 1/4 tsp. tarragon 1/4 c. oil 5 tbsp. water 1 tbsp. caraway seeds
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients and herbs. Mix water and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stir with fork until a ball is formed. Grease or spray a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with corn meal. Roll out dough on floured board and transfer to sheet. Sprinkle with caraway seeds and roll seeds down into dough. Cut before baking. Bake until brown so they are crisp.
