HOMEMADE CREAM CHEESE 1 qt. buttermilk 1 qt. boiling water
Mix well and let stand for 20 minutes. Strain through double cheese cloth. Don't squeeze, just let drip. Hang in well ventilated area for 2-3 sunny days. If weather is damp, will take longer. Do not hang in direct sunlight. Keep in tight container in ice box or refrigerator.
