OVEN FRENCH FRIED POTATOES Potatoes Melted fat or salad oil Salt

Prepare potatoes as for French frying but dry well. Spread on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with melted fat or salad oil. Bake at 450 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Turn once while baking. Sprinkle with salt.
