SALMON GRAVLAX, SWEET MUSTARD AND DILL CREAM CHEESE ON RYE

Ingredients

2 slices rye bread, sliced 17-100 g smoked salmon, choppped 50 g cream cheese 2 tsp sweet mustard sauce 1/2 tbls dill, finely chopped 1/2 lemon, cut into 8 slices for garnishing salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup medium red onions, thinly sliced A handful micro herbs, for serving

Cooking Instructions

To make the flavoured cream cheese, combine the softened cream cheese, sweet mustard sauce, dill and lemon juice then season to taste. Generously spread the cream cheese on both slices of rye bread then top with the gravlax, red onion and micro herbs. Serve immediately.
