Virgin Strawberry Daquiris

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRIS 6 tbsp. light rum extract / flavouring (3 oz.) 1/4 c. lime juice 2 Tbsp. sugar 2 c. frozen whole strawberries Garnish: 2 lime slices In a blender or food processor whirl rum, juice, and sugar till sugar is dissolved. Add strawberries; whirl till smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses. Garnish with lime slice.
