WHOLE KABELJOU WITH HARISSA

Ingredients
2 x 500g whole kabeljou with lemon and thyme 1/2 cup harissa paste 4 Tbsp olive oil, to drizzle salt to taste juice of 1/2 lemon
Cooking Instructions
Prepare your braai and ensure the coals are medium hot before cooking the fish. In a small bowl, combine the Harissa paste with the olive oil, salt and lemon juice and cover the fish liberally with it. Place the fish in a braai grid and place on the fire. Cook the fish for 10 minutes a side until cooked through. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
