PUMPKIN BUNDT CAKE

CAKE: 1 yellow pudding cake mix 1/2 tsp. ginger 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 eggs 1 c. water 1 c. pumpkin
GLAZE: 1/2 tsp. lemon peel 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. confectioners sugar
Mix all cake ingredients together. Grease and flour the bundt pan. Bake in oven according to package directions for bundt pan. Let cool. Remove from pan. Mix ingredients for glaze and drizzle around the top of the cake, allowing to run down sides.
Decorate with candied glazed fruit.
