• Antonio and I met while on vacation. On our last date together, we walked on the beach at sunset, built a drippy sandcastle, and pretended to find artifacts from the Roman Empire on that Caribbean beach. I was surrounded by tropical beauty, well rested from a grueling job, and completely smitten. Too bad Antonio lives in Italy. But for a single girl like me, innocent romantic encounters are treasures. I felt I’d caught a fresh glimpse of God, as well. I hope it doesn’t sound too strange, but during my Caribbean holiday, I fell in love with my Lord all over again. I recognized He is the author of every true love story. He ignites, rekindles, and stokes the flames of love between a man and a woman and between a woman and her God. As He loves me in spirit, He will bring me human love as well, at just the right time. God writes beautiful love stories. Is He writing yours?
