CELERY BACON SPREAD

CELERY BACON SPREAD 4 slices crisp bacon 1/4 cup diced celery 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese 1/4 tsp. each garlic and onion powder pinch smoked paprika pinch chopped fresh or dried parsley

Sauté bacon until crisp. Press between paper towels to dry. Crumble or chop into small bits. In a bowl, stir together bacon, chopped celery, mayonnaise, cream cheese and garlic/onion powder. Mound mixture into a small serving bowl and sprinkle top center with paprika and parsley to garnish.
