CHILI-HOISIN FISH

2 tbsp. orange juice 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. hoisin sauce 1/2 tsp. chili paste 1 tsp. ginger, finely grated 1 med. clove garlic, peeled & forced through press 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/3 lbs. rickfish OR orange roughy
Stir together the orange juice, lemon juice, hoisin sauce, chili paste, ginger, garlic and salt. Place the fish on a broiling pan and spoon some of sauce over it. Broil 2 inches from heat source, 12 minutes per inch of thickness. Halfway through cooking time, spoon remaining sauce over. Test for doneness and serve. Makes 4 servings at 140 calories and 2 grams fat each. Chili paste in this recipe can be replaced by 1/4 teaspoon hot chili oil.
