CHOCOLATE CREAM PUDDING 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 c. cocoa 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/8 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten 2 tbsp. butter, softened 2 tsp. vanilla
Mix sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt in 2 quart saucepan. Stir in milk gradually. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Stir half of mixture into egg yolks. Blend into hot mixture in saucepan. Stir and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into serving dishes. Cool and refrigerate. Serves 4.
