Korean Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

½ cup scallions, sliced ½ cup soy sauce ½ cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated 3 cloves garlic, smashed 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Directions

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 4-8 hours resting Servings: 1½ pounds meat

In a large zip top bag combine all ingredients. Add steak and marinate in the fridge for 4 to 8 hours. Never leave uncooked marinating meat at room temperature for more than 40 minutes.
