SHIRRED BAKED EGGS

SHIRRED (BAKED) EGGS Break and slip 1 or 2 eggs into greased individual shallow baking or pudding dishes. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in a preheated 325°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how well you like your eggs done.
Serve with a pat of room temperature butter.
Makes 1 or 2 servings.
