SPICY GRAPE TEA

SPICY GRAPE TEA 2 tablespoons black or green tea 3 cups boiling water 1/2 cup lemon juice (or to taste) 1 1/2 cups grape juice 1 1/2 cups spiced syrup (see below) Fresh mint

Steep tea in water (use a tea ball or strain after steeping through a fine sieve). Add lemon juice, to taste, and grape juice.

Spiced Syrup: 2 cups sugar 1 cup water 1 teaspoon cloves 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Boil for five minutes sugar, water, cloves, and cinnamon. Strain. Add to the tea mixture. Add fresh mint and serve.
