CANNED VEGETABLE SALAD 1 can shoe peg corn 1 can LeSueur peas 1 can French style beans 1 c. bell pepper, chopped 1 c. chopped onion 2 c. chopped celery 1 jar diced pimento
Mix together and toss with following dressing:
1 c. vinegar 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. oil Dash of salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Let marinate overnight. Keeps well and serves a bunch.
