Ingredients

2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 teaspoon horseradish cream 1 slice sourdough, brown or white bread 2 slices rare roast beef rocket leaves

Method 1. Combine mayonnaise and horseradish cream. Spread bread with mayonnaise mixture. Top with roast beef and rocket leaves.
