BACON ROLL 1/2 kg shaved or thinly sliced ham 18 slices of white bread mustard 1 package sour cream 4 eggs cheese for topping
Lightly butter the bread and spread with mustard. Trim the crust off. Place ham on each slice of bread and roll up. Place in rows in a rectangular ovenproof dish.
Mix sour cream with eggs. Pour over bread rolls.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for approximately 20 minutes.
To serve just cut between the rolls and serve with a tossed green salad.
This dish can be made in smaller quantities. Just adjust the amount of bread slices with the eggs etc. eg 10 slices of bread to 3 eggs.
