Beskuitjie Fudge

Bestanddele

1 pak (200 g) Marie beskuitjies 250 g botter 1 pak (500 g) Versiersuiker gesif 30 g (75 ml) Kakao gesif 1 eier

Metode

Rol die beskuitjies met n rolstok tot taamlik fyn. Smelt die botter in 'n diep kastrol. Voeg die suiker en kakao en roer oor matige hitte tot glad. Klop die eier vinnig by. Haal die mengsel van die stoof af en roer die beskuitjies by. Skep dit in n gesmeerde pan en laat afkoel. Sny dit in blokkies wanneer styf en bewaar dit in die koelkas. Lewer ongeveer 60 koekies. Die resep is n staatmaker en kom elke keer reg uit!! Geniet dit
