HAM EN SAMPIOEN TERT

Lewer 1 tert van 30 cm Bereiding: 25 minute Baktyd: 30 minute

125 g botter 45 ml (3 e) koekmeel 500 ml (2 k) melk 3 eiers, geklits 500 ml (2 k) cheddarkaas, gerasper 250 ml (1 k) gekookte ham, gekap 150 g sampioene, in skyfies gesny

Voorverhit die oond tot 180 °C. Smeer ’n tertpan van 30 cm.

Smelt die botter in ’n groot kastrol en roer die meel by. Roer goed, laat kook en voeg die melk geleidelik by. Hou aan roer tot die sous verdik het. Verwyder van die hitte. Voeg die geklitste eiers, gerasperde cheddarkaas, ham en sampioene by en meng goed. Skep in die voorbereide pan en bak 25-30 minute tot gestol.

WENK Voeg gekapte en geblansjeerde spinasie by om ’n groenigheid aan die tert te verleen.
